The daughter of two PE teachers, I grew up in a healthy household and represented my
country in sport. It wasn't until university years that the typical student's diet of
processed foods took hold.
Despite counting calories and obsessing about my weight, I was shocked to see how
my body had changed. My skin was terrible, I had IBS and I felt bloated all the time.
I made a drastic change back to a more "real" diet when I decided to finally
follow my passion and study nutrition.
I was amazed what eating real foods did - my skin problem cleared, I no
longer suffered from terrible digestion and I dropped a dress size
easily - and it stayed off. Of course, I've had to put a bit of effort into it as I've gotten older - and had two children - but knowing what really works is so powerful. Not just for me but for you too.

As a nutritionist I began to see that the vast majority of people needed more than just a diet plan – they needed support, inspiration, to connect with others and of course, results!
I decided to set up detox and weight loss retreats that I still love to run now.
The retreats became the subject of more than seven major TV series shown in 22 countries around the world - my natural approach made the headlines because it got results where all else had failed.
Women have different needs from men when it comes to weight loss so I believe we deserve something unique.
The programme is online but most women I know also like to keep a diary in their handbags too so we’ve created a personal planner that supports your weight loss journey – and your life juggle – at the same time.
