Mums and babies aged from three months to three years can enjoy a nurturing, fun and invigorating seven-day retreat with plenty of baby bonding (and babysitting!) built in.
Groups are small with a maximum of eight mums with babies at any one time – husbands or partners are welcome too.

KEY ELEMENTS OF THE COURSE
Mums enjoy the guidance of fitness expert Alessia and delicious cuisine whilst children enjoy baby Latino classes (never to young to learn!) and baby massage during babysitting hours.
Mums will also enjoy a luxury massage on your chill-out day. There is also time in the week for a trip to Anghiari, a beautiful medieval town and traditional olive mill – perfect for picking up a gift for those you’ve left at home!
The 7-day programme is hosted in a stunning villa near Perugia, an ideal destination for cheap flight carriers such as RyanAir.
Rustic, gorgeous villa
Accommodation is double rooms, en-suite in the rustic farmhouse – recently renovated to a high standard. Each room has its own individual character and all rooms have cots and highchairs provided. There is a fenced pool and plenty of outdoor toys for the babies.

PRICES & OPTIONS
- Double room en suite accommodation with a cot in the same room is £1,095 inc VAT.
Each course starts with check-in on 1500 and 1600hrs on Friday and finishes with checkout at midday the following Friday.
BOOKING AND TERMS
- We require 50% deposit on booking with the balance payable four weeks' prior to the start of your booked course. With less than four weeks to the course, the full fee is, of course payable.
- To book and pay for your place, select the option above, "add to cart" and pay 50% of this sum (if paid more than four weeks from the event) or the full 100% of the sum (if less than four weeks to the event).
- In paying by the shopping cart, you will have the option of either BACS/CHAPS/cheque (which incur no processing charges), or Paypal (which will incur a 2% processing charge). Your choice!

Your delightful host is Rita Kobrak a native Italian who has worked in the travel industry for over 20 years and as a guide for over 12 years. She has also worked as a children’s language teacher so will impart some Italiano to your little ones!
It is her beautiful villa that you will stay in for the retreat, her creation after having her daughter 2 years ago. Fernanda and Maria are our resident baby sitters, well known to Rita over the years. Baby sitting is on site in garden with plenty of toys and slide and paddling pool.

Your retreat includes
- Lunch on arrival and intro to the week including health checks and measurements
- Daily workouts combining yoga, tai chi, pilates and aerobics and aqua fit – in other words, plenty of variety to inspire you back to fitness!
- Three meals a day using fresh, local produce.
- Rita, your host for the week, will also provide an Italian cookery lesson to inspire you when you return home.
