Step Two: Reshape This is where you really get to know yourself. Any hidden reasons behind your current shape or size will be uncovered. This stage offers ‘reshape’ menus to optimise fat burning to your exact body proportions. As your body changes, so do the meal plans, to keep weight loss steady until you reach your goal. Results will be programmed into your ‘dashboard’ which can be viewed online and on your mobile to track your changes each step of the way.
